Is actually a small hamlet that is part of the village of Sassetta (Tuscany), surrounded by an age-old wood of turkey oaks, chestnut and holme-oak trees that was designed and built by the owners, Lucia and Roberto who also run it. It is quiet and peaceful throughout and the atmosphere is made even more special by the care and attention paid to even the smallest detail. Relax in Tuscany

The apartments are built out of special petrified wood blocks that make for excellent heat and sound insulation and do away with the need for air-conditioning; lime coloured with natural pigments has been used to plaster and distemper the walls, and the hand-crafted terracotta floors have been treated with citrus oil and milk. All this work has produced tangible results, in the form of a spot to which it is very, very hard to say goodbye…
